Expressions of interest are invited for in-person or online leadership and organising courses in order to assist with plans by the Australian Fabians over the coming year.
The courses will apply the leadership and organising practices developed by Marshall Ganz based on his experience as a union, party political and civil rights organiser and campaigner as well as his long tenure at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (for an overview see: https://youtu.be/dLl3Tm3g4og).

Building relationships – how we build strong relationships with individual supporters and volunteers
Team building and structure – how to facilitate team building including through coaching support.
