We are planning an exciting Summer ECHOES Program. ECHOES is a grant-funded program that concentrates on providing opportunities for enrichment and academic support. Your child will enjoy a fun-filled summer of activities that include art, STEM, PE, reading, math, swimming, and field trips. Each Summer ECHOES Program will be held on the campus of your child’s school. Please know that space is limited. COMPLETION OF THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR CHILD ENROLLMENT IN THE PROGRAM. After you complete this online process, the school site director will reach out to confirm your child's acceptance into the program. Please DO NOT send your child until the site director contacts you either through a phone call, text, or email.

The majority of participants in the ECHOES Program show strides in their academic work, self-esteem, attitude, and motivation. Snacks and bus transportation are provided free-of-charge to all ECHOES students. Our activities, which include arts and crafts, drama instruction, and field trips are also free to participating students.

Bus transportation will be provided to and from designated bus stops. The tentative bus routes and schedules are included in this packet. The final routes and times will be sent to you prior to the beginning of Summer ECHOES. Please complete the information below. It will be shared with your child’s bus driver.

Students will be served both breakfast and lunch each day. They may also bring their lunch and/or an afternoon snack to enjoy. Breakfast and lunch are both free to ALL students who attend Summer ECHOES. Afternoon snacks will not be provided. Your child will also want to bring a water bottle for the day. Water bottles can be refilled as needed during the day.

The students will travel many places this summer as well. The field trips are also FREE to ALL students who attend Summer ECHOES. Parents/Guardians are allowed to attend the field trips but must pay their own way for each destination. If there is room on the bus, Parents/Guardians may ride the bus but be prepared to provide your own transportation in the event that space on the bus is not available. Parents/guardians who attend field trips will also need to bring a lunch as school lunches will not be provided for parents/guardians on the field trips. Some of the field trip destinations do have snack bars/vending machines. You may want to send money for your child to purchase snacks and/or drinks as well as visit the gift shop for summer field trips.

The information entered here will be transferred to a registration packet that will be sent home with additional papers on the first day of Summer ECHOES. Please be sure to sign and complete any additional forms and return the packet the following day.
