2020 Lyons Avenue Renaissance Festival Vendor Registration Application
DEADLINE MARCH 20, 2020 - PAYMENT DUE AT TIME OF APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in the Lyons Avenue Renaissance Festival, hosted by City Council Member Jerry Davis, the Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation, and other community partners.

* Details subject to minor time changes as we continue festival planning.*
Set up time will be available as early as 9:30am on Saturday, April 4th. Vendors will not be allowed to start set-up earlier than 9:30am. Food Trucks may begin set-up starting at 10:00am (due to street closures). All Vendors must be set-up by 11:00am; break-down begins at 4pm. This is a RAIN or SHINE event.

*Dec. 5-Jan. 30 $50
*Feb. 1-Feb. 29 $75
*Mar. 1-Mar. 20 $100
If anyone needs to include tables & chairs, there is a seperate $15 fee for 1 6ft table and a $10 for 2 chairs. Vendors can bring their own tents, however if they need a tent it will be an additional $75.

*Fees for registrations are non-refundable
* Final deadline is March 20th, 2020
* Registrations submitted after March 20th will not be accepted.
