This pastors' conference is open to all CRC pastors who are currently serving in a congregation.  Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Registration forms must be completed and payment received to confirm your attendance.  When we receive your online registration, you will be sent a separate email with payment instructions.

Rooms are based on double occupancy.  Private rooms are available on a limited basis, at your own expense ($58 CAD/night).  Please Note: all bookings, including private rooms, are for registered conference attendees only. If you have a preferred roommate, please note the name below.  This person must also include your name on their registration.  We will do our best to assign requested roommates. If you do not have a roommate in mind, we will find one for you.  You will know who your roommate is before you get to the conference.
Additional Lodging Required
Additional lodging arrangements must be made if you are considering arriving prior to Thursday, September 12, and/or staying after the conference is over on Saturday, September 14.  Please indicate your additional lodging needs below. Travel Grants
Travel grants are available to cover up to half of your mileage or flight costs.  A flight quote, itinerary, or proof of mileage is required to receive a travel grant.  Additional information and instructions will be sent after your registration is received.
Airport Shuttle
The hotel offers complementary airport shuttle service.  Please indicate if you will require transportation between the airport and the hotel.  Additional information will be sent closer to the conference date.  Please Note: If you choose to rent a car, that will be your personal expense.
