  • Please use this form to submit your workshop for ROSCon 2024. 
  • Submissions are due no later than May 7th, 2024. 
  • We will announce accepted workshops on or around June 3rd, 2024. 
  • Late proposals will not be accepted.

Title for your workshop. Please keep it pithy! Optimally seven words or less.  *
Please provide a brief summary of your workshop. This summary will appear on the ROSCon website and should be no more than 200 words, optimally less that 150 words. Make your summary compelling! You are selling your workshop to the attendees. Links should be included in Markdown format.  *
Long form description of your workshop (maximum 500 words). This section is what the reviewers will use to evaluate your workshop proposal. Please describe in detail what skills your attendees will learn and how you propose to teach those skills. Feel free to include a workshop outline. *
Please describe any special needs your workshop may have. For example, if you need space for robots to move around, or if you will need to ship hardware for your workshop.
Please provide any supporting materials that you think may be relevant for evaluating your workshop. If you have recently run a workshop, given a talk, or taught a class, we would love to know about it.
