Landscape Professional, Maintenance and Groundskeeper Survey
Please take five minutes to answer this 20-question survey regarding pest management challenges and practices for landscape professionals and groundskeepers. Your participation on this survey is valuable—it will help us better understand local approaches to landscape pest management, frequent and difficult pest management issues, and the needs of the landscape professional, maintenance and groundskeeper community for education and training on pest management alternatives. We will use the result to determine training needs for the region and help improve resources for landscaping professionals.

All individual responses will be kept confidential. Please complete this online survey by March 30th, 2019 (deadline has been extended). We will send a reminder email out at the end February. If you complete the survey and provide contact information, you will be eligible for a chance to win 1-free registration to a 2019 Landscape Learning Lab.

Northwest Center for Alternatives to Pesticides (NCAP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting community and environmental health by inspiring ecologically sound alternatives to pesticides. We are working in partnership this year with Washington State Nursery and Landscape Association (WSNLA) to promote and provide resources on certified sustainable landscaping to the local landscape professional and groundskeeper community. Your responses will help us better tailor this work to your needs.

Thank you for providing your insights and opinions to help improve awareness of common issues and education and training needs.
