If you have decided to participate in the STEAM Fair, please fill in this form to officially register your project.  This will ensure that your name and project are included in Waterloo's STEAM (Science) Fair.  Please submit this form as soon as possible.  

Please note:  Students who wish to participate in the STEAM fair do not need a topic or project picked out at this time.  Students will receive the STEAM (Science) Fair Virtual Information Handbooks and links to the Information Sessions when they have completed the Interest/Registration Survey.
