Feudal Democracy strikes back!
We're continuing a series of game design discussions with you - our players!

Today we would like to know what do you think of a new Combat skills tree that we are considering for  implementation. You can take a look here, but please, keep in mind that it is a ROUGH DRAFT:

1. Emphasis on meta classes: (cavalry, polearms (anticav), Shields (defensive) infantry, shooters, 2H (assault) infantry)
2. Class specific weapons and items are distributed among all 3 branches with increasing efficiency: bigger shield, more damaging polearm, more effective horses etc.
3. Armors included according to skills with an increased efficiency with every skill tier.
4. Armors will still have meta-class specific SMALL bonuses. For instance, leather armor will decrease reload times (-5-15%) when shooting with bows/xbows.
5. With the current skillcap (400), you still can have different ways of investing heavily into one branch and also into secondary ones with remaining skillpoints, or partly into 2 branches or combinations that you like with the skillpoints available to you.
6. Skills names will certainly be reviewed to insure clarity and understanding of specific skills and what they do.
7. Secondary skills will be moderately boosted to increase their value along with primary meta class skills.
