TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE STUDIO AT STE
Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before registering for after-school child care, activities, clubs, sports, and special events on our online platform. Your registration and participation are subject to compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the registration page, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from proceeding with registration.
1. Registration and Eligibility:
1.1. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
1.2. Parents or legal guardians must complete registrations for participants under the age of 18.
1.3. Participation in after-school child care, activities, clubs, and sports is subject to availability and confirmation.
1.4 Registration for The Studio at STE activities is available only to currently enrolled students at St. Thomas' Episcopal Church and School unless prior approval is given by the business office.
2. Fees and Payment:
2.1. All fees associated with after-school child care, activities, clubs, sports and special events are clearly outlined on the registration form.
2.2. Payment is required at the time of registration unless specifically stated on the registration form. All fees will be charged to the parent’s or guardian’s FACTS account unless prior approval of an alternate form of payment has been given by the business office.
2.3. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of program cancellation or as determined by our discretion.
3. Code of Conduct:
3.1. All participants are expected to abide by the STE Student/Parent handbook.
3.2. Disruptive behavior, bullying, harassment, or any violation of safety guidelines may result in appropriate actions, including potential suspension or expulsion from the program without a refund.
4. Modifications and Cancellations
4.1. We reserve the right to modify or cancel programs, schedules, or instructors, if necessary. We will try to provide 24-hour notice of cancellation.
4.2. In case of program cancellation, affected participants will be notified.
5. Communication:
5.1. Primary communication will be conducted via the email provided for school communication.
5.2. Participants/parents/guardians are responsible for regularly checking their emails for updates, changes, and important information.
