Seckman High School- Schedule Change Request
Directions: Parents or Students: Please complete this form if you are requesting a schedule change. Schedule changes can be requested to:
1. Rectify unassigned class periods
2. Adjust placement to a more appropriate course level
3. Meet the prerequisite requirements for a currently enrolled class
4. Add a missing graduation requirement
5. Add a missing college entrance requirement.

We do not make schedule changes for:
1. Switching to a different teacher.
2. Period change requests.
3. Dropping an AP or Dual-Credit Class to move to a regular class.

***IF DROPPING BAND OR CHOIR YOU WILL NEED A SIGNATURE FROM THE TEACHER ON THE BAND/CHOIR COURSE DROP FORM*** See your choir/band teacher for the form.

Deadline for Requests for 2nd semester: Friday, January 21st at 3 pm.
