Liability Waiver
I understand that participation in the Jr. SAR Academy event hosted by the Boundary Search and Dive Rescue Team could result in injury to my child, other participating family member, or minor child under my care. I also understand and acknowledge that by signing this waiver and release of liability, I hold harmless the County of Boundary, the Sheriff of Boundary County, the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, the Boundary Search and Dive Rescue Team, and all Boundary County employees participating as instructors, or coaches, during the event in which my child is participating.

By this Waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death or
damage to personal property associated with Boundary Search and Dive Rescue Team activities and events
organized by Boundary Search and Dive Rescue Team.

I understand and confirm that by signing this WAIVER AND RELEASE I have given up considerable future
legal rights. I have signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress. My signature is proof of my
intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of
the law.
