Please ensure your document shows a current or future date, either of execution (e.g. for a staff confirmation letter), of expiration (e.g. a faculty ID), etc.
Examples of valid documents include a link to a current staff/faculty bio page on your organization's website, staff and faculty IDs (with date), status or acceptance letters from your institution (showing date of hire or start date, etc.), etc.
If you are linking to your staff/faculty bio page or other website with supporting evidence of your status, you can provide the URL directly below. If you need to upload files, we request that you use the free WeTransfer service to transmit your document(s) to us, and provide the URL of your upload below.
