Terragen Educational License Program Application for Institutions
Fill out this form to apply for your organization to receive one or more licenses of Terragen Professional for educational purposes. If you would like to apply for an individual user license, even if you are a faculty or staff member, please revisit the Educational License Program page and click on the appropriate form link: https://planetside.co.uk/educational-license-program/

In order to qualify for this program, you must provide proof of current educational status as a teacher or other faculty member or staff of an educational institution. Please provide all answers in English.

Educational licenses are valid for 1 year from the time of approval and may only be used for non-commercial, educational purposes. You may request license renewal on an annual basis for as long as you maintain educational status as a teacher or staff member of an educational institution.

Email addresses will only be used for correspondence regarding the Terragen Educational License Program. If approved you may be asked to provide occasional feedback to us on your experience with Terragen and the Educational License Program.

You may request as many licenses as needed. This should correspond to the number of total simultaneous users. If you wish to install Terragen for multiple departments within your organization, you can either request a single license and license key name (below) for all, or you can make multiple requests by filling out this form multiple times.

If you will have a different number of total simultaneous users than the total number of installs (i.e. a floating license scenario), you can optionally specify the number of total installations here. License compliance is based on your simultaneous user count however.

If we approve your request we will issue a single license key that displays a licensee name upon start-up of Terragen. By default this will just be the Organization Name above. Here you can optionally specify if you want it to be something other than your organization's name, for example you can add a department name, etc. This can be helpful if e.g. multiple departments in your organization may use Terragen and would be applying separately. Please provide the complete name as you would like it to be displayed in the application.

Providing Proof of Educational Status
In the next section we will need you to provide at least one *dated* document demonstrating your current educational status (i.e. as staff or faculty member). Please ensure your document shows a current or future date, either of execution (e.g. for a staff confirmation letter), of expiration (e.g. a faculty ID), etc.

Examples of valid documents include a link to a current staff/faculty bio page on your organization's website, staff and faculty IDs (with date), status or acceptance letters from your institution (showing date of hire or start date, etc.), etc.
