The person submitting a proposal is the primary contact and is responsible for notifying all other participants of acceptance, rejection, scheduling and any other information provided by ACTE. All speakers are required to register for the conference and pay their own expenses (e.g., travel, lodging, etc.) A discounted registration rate of
$300.00 for ACTE members and $350.00 for non-members is available exclusively for presenters. Please note, speakers being offered a session commitment for the conference must be able to present on May 2 and/or May 3.
Each proposal will be evaluated by a panel of reviewers and submitters will be notified of their status in mid-November.
