The Young Women's Leadership Program offers a supportive environment where all college students and recent graduates are welcomed and engaged in programs, events, and dialogues that address the important issues affecting first-generation students. The program is open to all young leaders and welcomes applications from young women and men leaders who are college students or recent graduates and meet the following qualifications:
- Civic Commitment: A track record of community service, advocacy, or civic engagement with a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to the well-being and advancement of others.
Eligibility for the Young Women's Leadership Program is
not exclusionary on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, national and ethnic origin, disability, veteran status, socioeconomic background, sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.
Inspired by Dr. Yasmin Davidds’ Multicultural Women Executive Leadership curriculum, this 12-week program empowers students with real-world leadership skills, peer-to-peer mentorship, and a strong community of support. Participants graduate with a personal leadership plan, expanded professional network, and the confidence to lead with purpose — in their careers and communities. If you have any questions, contact our team, at jacqueline@dryasmininstitute.com
