I waive all actual, potential, and/or eventual harm and hold harmless Austin Mutual Aid and any and all partners, entities, volunteers, and/or agents related to any nuance of my volunteerism in relationship to the unhoused community warming stations and supply distribution. 

Additionally, I assume personal liability for any and all destruction of real and personal property beyond normal wear and tear that I, or those in my charge, cause in addition to any other incidentals and/or any other possible damage whether intentional or not. 

Further, I understand that this is a good Samaritan initiative and does not circumvent actual government funded emergency response and acknowledge that upon my own volition I have decided upon engaging with this collaborative effort to address immediate needs within my community.
