I consent to photography, recording, distribution or any other lawful use of the materials and waive any and all rights my child may have in connection with such materials. The images and recordings obtained during the event will be the property of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Alpha Beta Zeta Chapter and may be used by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Alpha Beta Zeta Chapter for further distribution.  I consent to release Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Alpha Beta Zeta Chapter from any liability that may arise from the materials. *
