It is the permit holder's/homeowner's responsibility to abide by all applicable regulations when burning.  Failure to do so will result in revocation of permit for the season.

The 2023 Seasonal Burn dates are January 15 - May 1 and only during the hours of 10:00am-4:00pm.  Fires must be supervised at all times and no construction debris may be burned.  See additional regulations below.
