We will arrange for professional team members to initially understand your property buying and selling needs and then provide a comprehensive explanation of the service content.

The team's business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (U.S. time). Responses will be slower on Fridays because some team members are on a fixed day off. Saturdays are the team's collective rest day, and response times on Sundays will be slower as it's our viewing day. At other times, we will respond to the needs of signed clients as quickly as possible based on the urgency of the task.
