Program Dates: July 6-14, 2020
All travelers must be 14 years old by July 5, 2020.
All travelers over the age of 18 by July 5, 2020 must be fingerprinted for DSJ and complete Virtus Online Training.

Submitting this form solidifies your COMMITMENT to participate in the Jamaica service trip.
At this time, total trip is $1000.  This includes RT from SFO-->Kingston, all room & board & service donation to the Missionaries of the Poor. We will be lodged and fed by the Missionaries of the Poor in their monastery.

Fundraising will be planned and implemented by all participants to help defray costs, so we hope to bring the cost down.

An initial deposit of $200 is due by February 9, 2020.  
-Submit a check to Anton or parish office made out to St. Nicholas & St. William.  Please note Jamaica deposit.
Cancellation is refundable up until April 6, 2020.
FiNAL PAYMENT  (minus Fundraising allocations) will be due May 1, 2020.

Program Chaperones will be Anton Pham and Moira Delumpa.  
We have spaces reserved for 18 additional travelers. Spaces are FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.
