Pro Patria Community Consultation: 2022 Survey
What Pro Patria is about:
The Pro Patria Centre (PPC) is a multidisciplinary wellbeing centre focused on developing self-agency in veterans, first responders and their families. The Centre aims to provide a secure and welcoming environment for these clients in order to access appropriate services and to feel reassured that the support they receive meets their health and wellbeing needs.

About this survey:
In 2021, PPC collected data to see what individuals needed to feel supported during and after service. This current survey aims to expand on last year's data, seeking to identify and develop ongoing wellbeing programs and services to better meet the wellbeing needs of the veteran community. This survey is made in partnership with psychology students from Macquarie University. You do not need a Google or Gmail account to participate in this survey.

Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us. All individuals participating in this survey will remain de-identified.
