Tumbling Registration and Release Form
Fall Registration!  
Classes begin on Tuesday, September 2nd!!  To be fully registered please complete this registration form, pay $25 registration fee ($60 max per family) and text Kristy @ 435-724-1343 Childs name and class registering for.

Monthly tuition prices: Yearly non-refundable registration fee-$25 ($60 max per family)
30 minute classes- $30 45 minute classes- $40 1 hour classes- $45
1 hour 15 min classes- $50 1 1⁄2 hour classes $55

**Add on a 45 minute or 1 hour class for $20.00 a month/1.5 hr. class $30 **Birthday party gym rentals available and private lessons
