2026-2027 LMHS Parking Application and Information

**ALL SCHOOL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO PURCHASE A PARKING PASS** (if paying fees with a check, it must be a separate check from the parking pass payment)

-Students must show a valid driver's license for passes to be purchased (Temporary permit holders are NOT eligible to buy parking passes)

Please complete this online form to apply for a parking pass for the 2026-2027 school year. Applications must be completed in full to be processed and approved by the main office. Completing the application does not guarantee a parking pass for the 2026-2027 school year. 

Passes can be purchased for $50 (cash or check only) at the high school main office during the hours of 7:00am-2:00pm starting on the following dates:

-SENIORS may begin purchasing passes on July 20,2026 (7:00am-2:00pm)

-JUNIORS may begin purchasing passes on July 28,2026 (7:00am-2:00pm)

-All other licensed drivers may begin purchasing passes on August 3, 2026 (7:00am-2:00pm)

STUDENT DRIVING REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION: Parking in the school student parking lot is considered a privilege, which may be revoked or suspended for various rule infractions including, but not limited to the following: 
1) Repeated tardiness to school and/or class.
2) Truancy from school or assigned class period. 
3) Reckless operation or license suspension. 
4) Failure to obey parking lot supervisor.
5) Spinning or squealing tires. 
6) Repeated warnings for loud music. 
7) Parking in an unauthorized area or teacher parking lot. 
8) Loitering in the car or student parking lot before or after school. 
10) Any violations of the Student Code of Conduct. 
Non-pass holders who continue to drive to school will be considered insubordinate and punished per the Code of Conduct and vehicles may be towed from the student lot at the owner's expense.

TRANSFERRING PASSES: Pass holders are NOT permitted to transfer their passes to other students.

PARKING LOT REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION:
1) All vehicles must display the parking pass on the rearview mirror daily, or they can be denied access to the student parking lot. The tag must be visible through the windshield and the number on the tag must match the parking spot your vehicle is parked in. 
2) Cars must always yield right of way to school buses. 
3) Students will not be permitted to retrieve forgotten items from their cars during the school day.  
4) All cars using the school parking lot must have insurance. THE SCHOOL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS OUT OF STUDENTS' VEHICLES DURING ANY TIME IT IS PARKED ON SCHOOL PROPERTY. PLEASE KEEP YOUR CAR LOCKED AT ALL TIMES. 
5) There is to be no loitering in the school parking lot or automobiles. Once school is dismissed, all students are expected to leave school grounds unless they have official business to attend. Students should not arrive prior to 7:00 AM. 
6) Substances and/or devices considered against the student code of conduct are not permitted in cars on school grounds by drivers or passengers.
7) The maximum speed in the parking lot is 10 MPH. Reckless driving will not be tolerated and can result in revocation of student parking privileges. Reckless driving includes, but is not limited to: squealing tires, speeding, failure to obey the parking lot supervisor, parking in unauthorized areas, and driving recklessly. 
8) Weapons/look-alike weapons or anything that can be used as weapons are prohibited in school and on school property. This prohibition includes student vehicles. 
9) Student vehicles may be subject to search at any time by staff or law enforcement.

I understand that violating any of the regulations of the student parking privileges may result in the revocation of the parking pass, suspension of parking privileges, or other disciplinary action.
