PSC COVID-19 Survey
Dear colleague,

We are reaching out to you to learn about your experiences related to the COVID-19 pandemic and to provide a way for you to inform the Union about your concerns and needs during this difficult time. In particular, we are keen to know any short or long-term concerns that you may have regarding campus closures, work disruptions, health and safety, and the university's responses to them.

Please complete this survey; it should not take more than 10 minutes. Your responses will be kept confidential unless you indicate that you would like the Union’s assistance on a particular issue. While it would be extremely helpful to hear from you and know your role in the RF community, you are not obliged to provide identifying information should you choose not to.
