This 18+ and older event will be hosted at the Holiday Inn Superdome, located at 330 Loyola Ave in New Orleans
On behalf of Triple D Book Services, we would like to say thank you for your interest in attending this event. We are so excited to have each of you participating in what is sure to be an amazing time.
For the authors and bloggers that will be attending, below you find all the information about pricing and events.
Pricing for each full table is $250.00. This price includes your table rental (linens provided but you may bring your own), one assistant(PA or Model), swag pack, food & beverages sometime during the signing event. It also includes an after party ( Hotel Ballroom)for both the author and ONE assistant. Full tables will only be allowed 3 assistants. The other two assistants will have to pay for a full VIP ticket specified for assistants only (TBD) We will be having half tables this year which will be $150 and authors will only be able to have ONE assistant at the table and that assistant if they wish to go to the after party will have to pay a special VIP price for the ticket.(TBD)
Authors will be responsible for booking their own hotels and transportation but we will have a block set up for the event at the Holiday Inn, however we will be making a pinned post on both the Authors only page and the Attendee page recommendations for reasonably priced accommodations as to keep costs down. Or should authors, pa's, etc decide to room together that will bring the costs down as well.

Tables will be going fast. In order to guarantee your table, we are requiring a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your place. Deposits need to be made ASAP or no later than April 30, 2018 so please make sure that you are able to participate before making your deposit payment. Any author signups after April 30, 2018 will be required to pay a $100 non refundable deposit and will be due TWO WEEKS after invoicing.After that you will be able to make partial payments till you are paid in full. Final payments for the tables will be no later than December 15th, 2018. This date can not be amended! Should you cancel after that date, you may either find another author to sell your table to or you may contact us to see if we have anyone on our waiting list to take your slot.
After this form is filled out you will receive an invoice from Triple D Book Services via Paypal to make your deposit.
Once your deposit has been paid you will be added to the Authors Only private FB page in order for you to be aware of whats going on.
