Our Spiritual Direction Training Program requires each applicant to provide three references who can discuss in some detail attributes of the candidate's personality, character, and spiritual direction.

This form is held in strict confidence. We do not divulge the contents of these forms to any applicant.
These forms are strictly used for the admissions process of our Training Program.
