Submit this form to determine eligiblity and readiness to apply for the 21stCCLC grant. When completing the form please note that the Applicant acts as the fiscal agent for this state-administered Federal grant and must be registered for a SAM Managed Identifier (SAMid) number and be in good legal standing with the State of Wyoming. Orgnaizations must have to be assigned a Local Education Agency number and account login information for the Grants Management System. Include the emails of all individuals who need to be notified about any Cohort 15 information. School districts, tribal governments and tribal entities, community organizations (CBOs), non-profits, for-profits, cooperative education centers, institutions of higher education, and hospitals are eligible applicants. Individual schools may not apply.
Applicants must provide comprehensive year round program with school year (12 hours/week for at least 24 weeks) and summer programming (six weeks or at least 72 program hours).
Applicants should be part of a CBO /district partnership while seeking community collaborations to provide a wide variety of activities and community connections for students and families.
Applicants may contract for services to best meet grant objectives; however, any subcontracts over $7,500 are subject to review by WDE before execution in Year 1.
21stCCLC funds must be used to supplement and not supplant currently funded activities and personnel. All costs including administrative costs should be reasonable and necessary. Administrative cost limits may be included in the grant application.
