Balance + Connect Day Retreat

A grounded full body and mind approach to well-being. Experience how the body and mind are intrinsically linked and how to deepen your practice in a way that honours the innate wholeness of your body mind connection. 

Dora and Jasmine’s teaching approach, experience and expertise balance each other out with Dora’s focus on strength building, anatomy and functional movement and Jas’ specialism in nervous system informed restorative yoga, gentle flows, and accessible relaxation.

We invite you to come along and meet yourself where you’re at, with all ranges of experience and abilities welcome. The day will be packed with classes / workshops, involving a balance of introspective moments and group connection. You’ll  get the chance to learn as you go as we’ll integrate lots of interesting theory into the way we lead and run the activities.

A vibrant, delicious vegetarian gluten free lunch (with vegan options) by renowned local caterers is included. 

SCHEDULE

9 - 9.30am Welcome

9.30 - 10.45am Yin to Yang Yoga 

10.45 - 11am Tea break

11 - 12.30 Full body postures and active flexibility

12.30 - 2pm Delicious Group Lunch

2 - 2.45pm Meditation + Pranayama

2.45 - 4.15pm Finding calm within the storm (the nervous system, inversions + more!)

4.15 - 5pm Restorative + Yoga Nidra

5 pm - Closing

 

PRICING

Earlybird pricing is available until 1st October: £105 per person

After that the cost is £120 per person.

Included in the pricing is:

  • Five workshops/classes with two experienced facilitators
  • A delicious lunch
  • All snacks & hot drinks
