2018-2019 Parent Survey
The HSES PTA is looking for ways to improve and expand the level of communication and the services we can provide to the families of our students. We need your help to accomplish this task. Please take a few minutes to answer the following questions. Your feedback will help us in our quest to determine the best ways to communicate with you as well as increase parental participation in classroom/school activities and events.

Input from this survey provides us with valuable insights that illuminate our areas of strength as well as areas for continued growth. All answers are confidential, as well as anonymous, but if you would like to discuss this survey with a PTA  Officer, please email us at hsesstempta@gmail.com.

Would you be interested in joining our new PTA platform called MemberHub? By joining you will have access to the PTA school calendar, weekly email roundups, text reminders,  PTA store, and so much more! (You do not need to join PTA to be apart of MemberHub). *
Did you know that PTA this year gave $3,000 to the teachers for classroom supplies as mini grants? *
Did you know that this year PTA gave $1,500 grants to WPAWs News Crew (a student run organization), Art, Music, & the Media Center? *
Did you know that this year PTA gave $500 grants to Nurse Renne (for a audiometer) and the Cafeteria (for field trip coolers) *
How would you rate the PTA Family Fun Night (This was held October 4th), 1 being it needs work to 5 it was super fun! *
