  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, your booking is non-refundable but may be transferred to the next tour.
  • Participants should be in good health and mobile. Seniors requiring wheelchairs must be accompanied by a caregiver or family member.
  • Please be punctual at the designated pick-up point, as the tour will depart on time.
  • The organiser reserves the right to adjust the itinerary in the event of weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, prioritising the safety and comfort of all participants.
  • While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, Oretha's Senior Care cannot be held responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings.
