Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment - tables, chairs, tents (including tent weight). Hydro and wifi are not guaranteed as available but are potentially possible.

Unless otherwise noted all contracts are payable in advance. All Vintage Fest vendors will be invoiced one month prior to the date of the event; payments are due within 15 days.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. This event is rain or shine and will only be closed down due to weather if there is a danger to vendors and customers - determined by KWFamous and venue partners. KWFamous and venue partners are not liable for damages, losses, or injuries due to weather events or unforeseen circumstances.

Insurance
Each vendor must have liability insurance for potential claims arising for their operations at the booth. All vendors are required to carry a liability insurance policy at a minimum amount of $2,000,000 and must produce a certificate of insurance with KWFamous as additional insured. All policies must clearly show that the coverage is to the location of the event (to be provided). If you require daily insurance, Duuo is a simple option (Generally coverage is $15 - $30/day).

Application & Selection
Applications are open from February 24 through April 1st. Once your application is processed you will be contacted if selected to participate. Please note approvals may be sent out as applications come in.

Vendor Set Up
a. Vendor set up will be the same day of the event. Vendors must be on-site and set up 15 minutes prior to the event start time.

b. All vendors must be unloaded and parked outside of the event space 15 minutes prior to the opening of the event.

c. For the purposes of unloading, cars can be brought into the event space, but they should be moved once the vehicle has been unloaded.

Vendor Tear down
a. Vendor tear down will also be on the same day as the event. Tearing down early is not permitted. Vendors who tear down early will not be invited to participate in future events.

b. For the safety of guests, vehicles are not permitted to drive through the event space until 15 minutes after the event has ended.

Parking
Vehicles must be parked within a reasonable distance to the purchased selling space and can not be parked in an area that would negatively impact another vendor.  Further instruction for vendor parking will be provided closer to the event date.

Garbage & Clean Up
The vendor is responsible to remove all waste (garbage, compost, and recycling) from their booth.

Pets:
Pets are permitted at the event, on leash.
