I understand this agreement between MCAA and my company, the donating company, and have the authority to enter into this agreement permitting MCAA to auction the item(s) below to raise funds for MCAA programs. I also understand that as the donating company, we agree to pay shipping of the item(s) to the bid winner after MCAA confirms the bid payment to MCAA. Completion of this form is the agreement between MCAA and your organization (the donating company) to supply MCAA with a donated item(s) for the MCAA 2025 Online Auction that will occur April 22-24, 2025. The donating company will allow MCAA to auction the new, unused item(s) outlined in this form for the purpose of raising funds to support MCAA programs. The item(s) will be provided to MCAA for no cost.
With completion of this form, your organization also acknowledges responsibility to cover shipping of the item(s) to the bid winner after MCAA has confirmed receipt of the monies for the winning bid. The winning bidder shall pay MCAA directly and will not incur any additional fees from the donating company. Within a week of completing this form, the donating company agrees to have the final accurate and detailed description of the item(s) that will include any pertinent details and photos.
