As we head into a renewal year, you may be curious about how the Blueprint (MD's educational funding law) will impact your child's school.  The MD Blueprint, while well intentioned to equitably distribute money to public schools and the students that sit in them, is providing some specific budgetary challenges to charter schools and small traditional schools.  We are learning more everyday.
