Meditation Mondays Sign Up
Hi all!

In April 2020, a group of Stanford students, postdocs, and alums started meeting every Monday at 5 PM PT to meditate. Two years later, Meditation Mondays has transformed into its own community - with participants of all ages and backgrounds joining from across the country (and world). As part of Mental Health Month, we are happy to open Meditation Mondays to all, including those not affiliated with Stanford! Along with guided meditations, we'll be teaching simple breath based techniques that we can all start doing at home to find peace, lower anxiety, increase energy, and support our health. Every Monday, 5 - 5:30 PM PT, and open to all, including those new to meditation!
