Would you like to be a lightning reviewer? *
"Lightning reviewers" are rewiewers who are assigned fewer artifacts at the beginning, but who can be assigned more artifacts at the last-minute and need to evaluate them quickly. Lightning reviews are needed in cases where the original reviewers are irresponsive, or if they do not agree on a decision. Lightning reviewers will not get more artifacts than normal reviewers. They may even get fewer artifacts in case they are not needed, but in exchange, they must commit to evaluating artifacts quickly (a week or less) if asked.
