Any photographs, videos, or media content taken by me during Volunteer Sri Lanka projects that include patients, children, beneficiaries, or any vulnerable individuals shall NOT be posted, published, or shared publicly without prior permission from Volunteer Sri Lanka.
Photographs or videos taken during projects may be shared with Volunteer Sri Lanka for official organizational use, documentation, reports, and digital media purposes.
If approved, project-related photographs or videos are posted on my personal social media profiles, I agree to appropriately tag and acknowledge Volunteer Sri Lanka official digital pages.
I will respect the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of all beneficiaries while capturing or sharing media content.
