Hedgesville Hounds Adoption Application
The first step in adopting a Hedgesville Hound is completing the application below. Once it is received, we will first contact your veterinarian and landlord (if applicable).  If you are a first time pet owner, we will contact you via email about providing personal references.  Then we will set up an introductory phone call to answer any questions you might have, and learn more about the kind of home you are able to provide for a dog. We will then conduct a home visit.  Once those steps are completed, the foster parent will contact you to set up a meet and greet with the dog you applied for.  Please note: To be eligible to adopt, you will need to be at least 21 years old.

TIME-SAVING TIPS:
Before moving forward with this application, please make sure you have your vet information available, including phone number.

Hedgesville Hounds adoptions are limited to MD, DC, NOVA, south central PA, and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia (Morgan, Jefferson and Berkeley Counties).
