Pharmacist owner Kelly Kimmett is retiring after serving Cochrane for 30 years. As his final health project he would like to facilitate all Cochrane and area smokers quitting tobacco for at least one day (Saturday June 15th) and hopefully forever.

Please fill out the information below if you quit for the day on June 15 or if you quit in the next few months.
