By requesting to become a sponsor, I acknowledge and agrees to the following:

1. The Magical Education Council acknowledges your generous your sponsorship contribution.

2. The sponsorship funds will be used solely for the purposes outlined in the sponsorship agreement.

3. I understand that my sponsorship does not entitle me to any ownership, rights, or control over The Magical Education Council or any other event hosted by the Magical Education Council.

4. I agree that The Magical Education Council has the right to use my name, logo, and other relevant information in promotional materials related to the event or cause, including but not limited to signage, website, social media, press releases, and print media Unless otherwise noted in the submission form or by letter to the Magical Education Council.

5. I acknowledge that The Magical Education Council will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate recognition and exposure for the sponsorship, as outlined in the sponsorship agreement.

6. I acknowledge that The Magical Education Council will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the sponsorship funds are used efficiently and effectively to support the designated event or cause.

7. I understand that Convocation may provide updates, reports, or other information regarding the progress of their events.

8. I acknowledge that the sponsorship contribution is non-refundable and that the Magical Education Council is not liable for any circumstances that may prevent the event or cause from taking place as planned.

9. I affirm that the sponsorship contribution has been made willingly and without any expectation of tangible returns or benefits beyond those outlined in the sponsorship agreement.

By submitting the sponsorship payment, I confirm their understanding of and agreement to the above terms and conditions.
