5 - Applicant Color Photo - 1
6 - Bank Account details - Cancelled Cheque
7 - Company Letter Head - If Any

Note:- Pls Mail Above Documents in Soft copy!!

* Pan, Adhaar & Elec Bill - (510KB in PDF) or (75KB - 100KB in Jpeg Format)
* Color Photo - (5KB - 20 KB in Jpeg Format)
* If Rented Then (Light Bill & Rent Agreement 1 MB in Pdf Format)
* Cancelled Cheque to be submitted after Successful Registration
