Thank you for your interest in helping support the 2026 West Michigan Flag Championship presented in partnership with NxtGen Sports, LSX, and the Meijer State Games of Michigan!

📍 Location: Byron Center Public Schools – Waddell Field / Central Sports Complex
📅 Dates: Saturday, June 27 & Sunday, June 28, 2026
🕖 Event Hours: Approximately 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM each day

This premier youth flag football tournament is expected to bring hundreds of athletes and thousands of spectators from across Michigan and beyond for an exciting weekend of competition, community, and championship-level energy.

Staff opportunities may be paid positions or eligible for approved volunteer/service hours depending on role, availability, and event needs.

All approved volunteers will receive:
✅ Official Meijer State Games of Michigan Volunteer T-Shirt
✅ Meals/snacks during assigned shifts
✅ Verified volunteer/service hours (if requested)
✅ Opportunity to support one of Michigan’s premier youth flag football events
✅ Behind-the-scenes experience in sports event operations

I understand I may be assigned to a role outside of my preferred selections if additional support is needed. I understand event shifts may occur anytime between approximately 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM and that I am expected to arrive on time and remain for my assigned shift unless otherwise communicated. I understand this is an outdoor sporting event and that some positions may require extended standing, walking, lifting, or working outdoors in varying weather conditions. I understand that approved volunteers will receive an official Meijer State Games of Michigan Volunteer T-Shirt and meals/snacks during assigned shifts. I also understand that paid positions and volunteer/service hour opportunities will be confirmed prior to the event.
