Registration Form (2025-2026) 
We are so excited for you to join our Mom Community this fall! Please complete this registration form so we have your information captured for future meeting dates. 

All meetings will be held at Citizens Church Annapolis (901 Commerce Road) on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month from 9:15-11:15 a.m. Childcare will be provided each week by Citizens. Click here to view the fall 2025 calendar.

Once you complete this form, we ask that you visit www.themom.co/join where you can register to become a member with the organization using our code 7L7I. The membership is $37 and renews annually. In addition to participating in our meet-up, with a MomCo membership you will receive access to many online resources, discounts, & opportunities offered by the MomCo.
