New User Signup - Non-K12 
FOR INDIVIDUALS:

Use the form below. Before filling out this form, try the following:
  1. Use your K12 Email to log into the platform at sded.sd.gov.
  2. Should your personal email auto-populate when attempting to log into the platform, please clear your browsing data for "all time", which will allow you to enter your K12 email to log in.
If you do not have a K12 email, please enter your email in the form below. Your email will then be provisioned into the system within 48 hours. 

Please ensure that there is a corresponding mySD account with the exact same email. You can sign up for a mySD account at mysd.sd.gov.  Provisioning will not be completed until a matching mySD account has been created.

Please note that you will NOT receive a notification automatically upon being provisioned. Please allow up to 48 hours for the provisioning process to be completed before attempting to log into the platform.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS/TEAMS:

Organizations may request departments/teams/all staff to be provisioned in bulk by emailing Melissa.Bothun@state.sd.us a completed copy of this Google Sheet rather than complete this "New User Signup - Non-K12" form. Those provisioned in bulk will still need to sign up for a corresponding mySD account with the exact same email. They can sign up for a mySD account at mysd.sd.gov.
