THE ASSOCIATION OF CRIMINAL DEFENSE LAWYERS OF NEW JERSEY has been formed to protect and insure by rule of law those individual rights guaranteed by the New Jersey and United States Constitutions, and to encourage cooperation among criminal defense attorneys engaged in the furtherance of those objectives.

TO QUALIFY FOR MEMBERSHIP, you must be a member of the New Jersey State Bar and engage in the defense of criminal cases. (Full and part-time members of the Judiciary and Federal, State or County level Prosecutors are ineligible for membership.)

ORGANIZATIONAL SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES include periodic lectures and seminars featuring prominent and informative criminal practitioners; professional access to colleagues throughout the State; access to the members-only areas of the ACDL-NJ website; and the collective support of New Jersey's most experienced criminal practitioners.
