Luther Seminary Worship Volunteer Opportunities 2018-2019
We welcome students, faculty and staff to volunteer for various leadership roles in worship. Let us know what interests you. Previous experience is not required. We will provide training so that you can fulfill your role with confidence. Forms can be returned to Seminary Pastor Office on second floor of Olson Campus Center.

Assisting Minister – role may include: writing and leading prayers, reading scripture, serving communion, assisting Presider
Communion Assistant – serve Communion on Wednesday or other services with Communion
Usher/Greeter – direct assembly during communion, help with offering, greet worshipers at the door before and after worship
Cup of Blessing (Mondays at 5pm) - assist setting up the space, preparing food for the service, or assist clean-up
Choir (The Luther Choir, open to students, faculty, and staff, rehearses at 4:30pm on Tuesdays and sings at most Wednesday Holy Communion services, and occasionally for other special services and events)
Cantor/Song Leader – help lead the worshipping assembly in singing
Instrumentalist – please indicate below what musical instrument you play under "Other"
Liturgical Visual Art – please list your medium under "Other"
