III_申請程序 : 註冊教練之權利 及義務:
1. 申請類別: 審核程序於申請人提交所有文件及費用後開始，爲期約4-6星期。|  *如有教練未能及時補考30小時急救證，可以酌情先給予教練證 。日後盡快請補回急救牌, 以便申請績牌 。
兩年牌照費為港幣800元

（如申請2星期快證, 快證附加費用HKD200。）

Application type: The review process begins after the applicant submits all documents and fees and lasts approximately 4-6 weeks.   *If a coach fails to retake the 30-hour first aid certificate in time, he or she may be given a coach certificate first as appropriate.  Please get your first aid license back as soon as possible in the future so that you can apply for a performance license.

License fee in HKD800 for 2 years.

 (If you apply for a 2-week express pass, the additional fee  is HKD200.)

2.  選填: 性罪行定罪紀錄（SCRC）查核表的申請方法，可以在香港警務處網頁查詢。(# 如需要本會出信協助申請性罪行定罪紀錄 ，請在第8.一欄寫上完整身份證號碼 ,信件將會郵寄至申請人.)
Optional: How to apply for the sexual conviction record check (SCRC) form, can be found on the Hong Kong Police  website.  (# If you need a letter from CFHK to assist you in applying for a sexual conviction record check, please write your complete ID number in column 8. The letter will be mailed to the applicant.)
