Please submit a Letter of Intent for your proposal (no longer than one page in length) which can take the form of an Executive summary by October 15, 2025.  The Letter of Intent, though not required for an application submission, helps inform us to expect a proposal and ensure its alignment with the designated purpose and scope of the IBF grant guidelines.
