Sports Coordinator!
As a Sports Coordinator, you will serve as the primary technical expert and operational lead for your assigned sport during game day. With
900+ participants and spectators expected across two primary venues, you will play a crucial role in overseeing rule enforcement, managing court/field logistics, coordinating with referees/volunteers, and ensuring smooth, fair tournament operations.
This is not a general volunteering role — we're looking for people who are committed, reliable, and want real responsibility on the day.EVENT DETAILSDate: 24th October 2026

Venue: Trinity Sports Centre & Sugden Sports Centre
Expected Attendees: 900+ (Participants & Spectators)
What to Expect & How We Support You:1) Paid Honorarium: This is a paid position. All appointed Sports Coordinators will receive £35 cash + £10 coupon alongside a certificate of appreciation for their time, leadership, and contribution on event day.
2) Working Alongside Committee Heads: Work directly with Committee Heads before the event (refining rules, draws, and schedules) and lead on-ground sports operations together on game day across both venues.
3) Selection Process: Shortlisted applicants will undergo a short interview/screening process before final selection and onboarding.
4) Comprehensive Job Scope: Appointed coordinators will receive a detailed Job Scope Booklet containing full match rules, escalation protocols, facility layouts for Trinity & Sugden, and step-by-step responsibilities.

1) Multiple Sports Applications: If you wish to apply to coordinate more than one sport, please submit a separate application form for each sport.
2) Sport-Specific Expertise: Please ensure your background, rulebook knowledge, and scenario responses are tailored specifically to the sport you are applying for in this form submission.
