The purpose of this survey is to gather data about the prevalence of sexual harassment, abuse, and assault within the Los Angeles theater community. This data will be used to gain a better understanding of our community's experiences and create a safer and more communicative environment for theater professionals in Los Angeles. This survey was created by and is the property of Project Nongenue, and is being distributed with community support from organizations such as LA Female Playwrights Initiative (LAFPI), The Playwrights Union, and the Illyrian Players.

Please only take this survey if both of the following apply to you:
a) You are 18 years of age or older as of today's date

b) You currently work or have worked in at least one theater production in Los Angeles county (including but not limited to: acting, directing, writing, stage managing, design, tech, producing, etc.)

Your answers to these survey questions will be collected anonymously and cannot be traced back or linked to you. Collective anonymous data may be shared in order to further explore these issues and help find solutions to problems within our community, but you can always decline to answer any questions that you feel might identify you personally. All questions are optional, so you can provide as much or as little information as you feel comfortable with. If at any time you want to withdraw your participation, you can exit this survey by closing the tab or window of your browser, and your responses will not be recorded.
