The California HPV Vaccination Roundtable is a coalition of diverse stakeholders working together to prevent HPV associated cancers and pre-cancers by increasing the California HPV vaccination rate to 80% by 2026.
Our membership is composed of individuals and organizations that represent various health sectors including, but not limited to; immunization, cancer control, academia, professional societies, community organizations, state and local agencies, private foundations, and health systems. All members of the Roundtable are expected to be active participants in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of roundtable projects and initiatives. Before submitting your application, please take a moment to read through the role description and expectations listed below:
Roundtable Member Role Description:

Represent the Roundtable by becoming an HPV Vaccination Champion within your organization
•
Actively participate as a member of at least one Workgroup
•
Assist in the development of Workgroup action plans
•
Work collaboratively with group members to implement action plans
•
Represent the California HPV Vaccination Roundtable in the community
•
Enthusiastic champion of HPV vaccination as cancer prevention
Time Commitment:
•
Approximately 4 hours per month
•
Attend Workgroup/Roundtable meetings and major events
•
At least one-year availability
