Installation Instruction Form
Hello, thank you so much for confirming your interest in exhibition at Fried Fruit Art Space. This form is due 1 month before your scheduled exhibition opens.  

*Timeline is important for us to source gallery paint, pedestals, and other miscellaneous equipment.

Paint Plan

Include desired color of interior short wall, long wall, and ceiling. The default color is white. Please note that floor, baseboards and cargo door cannot be changed.

Color/Font Window Title/Name Vinyl

Default is black or white. We do have other colors on hand – reach out if you want something funky! 

The default font is Montserrat Bold Italic OR font from exhibition poster.  

The default text is the title of exhibition and the artist's name. 

You may submit a design or suggest an alternate font as a PDF only.

Label Information

Suggested format: artist name, title, media, dimensions, date.  

Example:

1. Ann Haley, Soft Tissue, Oil on panel, 30 x 40 inches, 2020.

Please Provide detailed installation instructions.

1. List any equipment or tools you require for your installation. 

2. Indicate whether you plan to install the work yourself, require assistance with the installation process, or would like Fried Fruit to handle the installation. 

*Note - work must arrive at least one-week in advance if Fried Fruit is handling the installation.

Loan Agreement Form

Before works can be exhibited, Fried Fruit's Loan agreement form must be completed (.PDF) and sent to Friedfruitart@gmail.com

We cannot display artwork with incomplete loan agreements.
